My one-on-one coaching programs are a good fit for you if you:

Jump Start Single Session:​

1 Month Reset Includes:​

  • Review of initial health history

  • 3 hours of personal coaching 

  • Guidance in setting your unique goals and support and accountability to help you meet them

  • Access to one of my 21 day programs 

  • Handouts and other resources to help you work towards sustainable change

  • We will work together to figure out what  program suits you best.

*Coaching sessions can be done in person, or  on the phone*

 

Food Sensitivity/Allergy Consult

This is ideal for someone who has been diagnosed with a food sensitivity/allergy, or suspect a food in their diet is not a good fit for them.  This could really be beneficial for anyone struggling with figuring out a new way to eat.

 

 Includes: 

  • Two 60 minute sessions (we will discuss what is challenging and how to best help you)

  • Resources that help fit your new diet, including recipes
