Hello and welcome to Pine Island Wellness. 

I am Elizabeth Sousa - a health coach, RN, and busy mother of three.


I attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I learned over 100 dietary theories, and studied with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts! I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to eating, but I do believe in whole foods clean eating for all!


Before starting my own wellness journey, I did not support my body with the right food choices, especially in times of stress.


It wasn’t until my children experienced food sensitivities and I experienced postpartum depression that I begin to make changes. It was during this time I realized the direct connection between food and our body.

I have learned how to apply whole food clean eating to real life! Although I believe other lifestyle choices like, sleep, good relationships, fun, meditation, and exercise are fundamental to WELL-BEING, I believe clean eating is the best way to kick start a healthy life!


Life is busy and I want to help you and your families feel your best! It is my passion to teach and inspire others to live healthfully so they can enjoy fuller happier lives.
