Hi, I'm Elizabeth!  I'm a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach, and Registered Nurse 

with nearly two decades of clinical experience. My work is grounded in a foundation-first, integrative approach to wellness.

​

Over the years, I’ve come to believe that symptoms are not random — they’re signals. Rather than chasing them one by one, I help clients understand what may be happening beneath the surface and how to reduce the stress load influencing those patterns.

​

I begin with the foundations — often digestion — because it plays a central role in hormone balance, energy, immune health, and overall resilience. Through comprehensive health histories, personalized support, and when appropriate, advanced testing such as the GI-MAP, we uncover both visible and hidden stressors and build a clear path forward.

​

Much of my practice supports women navigating perimenopause and menopause — a season when fatigue, weight resistance, digestive shifts, and brain fog can feel confusing and frustrating. At the same time, this approach applies to anyone seeking thoughtful, individualized care and a deeper understanding of their body.
